car survival kit in case of emergency?
my boyfriend and I are preparing survival kits! We put a team in each of our vehicles. This package needs to be lightweight and portable in case we have to ditch our cars! and will need to have adequate supplies for us to reach home and I'll say at least enough supplies to last 72 hours outside the home. Could you list some suggestions? Thank you.
It's a great idea to think, plan and prepare for the possibility of a disaster. No matter where you live there is the possibility of something happening and experts recommend that everyone has a survival kit 3 days (72 hours) of supplies as is the maximum amount of time before someone is most likely that without the assistance or services and be able to take care of themselves. There are plenty of ready made kits that can add personal items like eyeglasses, prescriptions, spare shoes, extra clothes, etc, or you can buy a pack and prepare the whole thing yourself.
